DENND11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DENND11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,956 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND11-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTEL1, DCP1A, and TRPM7. Each is linked with DENND11 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND11-to-partner and partner-to-DENND11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DENND11 versus RTEL1 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DENND11→partner) and Y-score (partner→DENND11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
