Across TCGA cell cohorts, DENND11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,000 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DENND11-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF862, MKRN1, and KMT2C. Each is linked with DENND11 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DENND11-to-partner and partner-to-DENND11 results are reported.
