DDX20

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DDX20 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,143 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DDX20-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20B, SASS6, and LMNB1. Each is linked with DDX20 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DDX20-to-partner and partner-to-DDX20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DDX20 versus KIF20B in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DDX20→partner) and Y-score (partner→DDX20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
