Across TCGA cell cohorts, DCUN1D5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,247 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DCUN1D5-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB3, ILF2, and DKC1. Each is linked with DCUN1D5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DCUN1D5-to-partner and partner-to-DCUN1D5 results are reported.
