Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DCUN1D5 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DCUN1D5 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher DCUN1D5 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DCUN1D5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and READ show a favorable association.
ACC, LIHC, and UVM are the cancer types where DCUN1D5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
