DBNDD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBNDD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,596 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBNDD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ELMO2, CFDP1, and GPT2. Each is linked with DBNDD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBNDD1-to-partner and partner-to-DBNDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DBNDD1 versus ELMO2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBNDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBNDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
