DBF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DBF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DBF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3176, VN1R81P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with DBF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DBF4-to-partner and partner-to-DBF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3176 grouped by DBF4-low versus DBF4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DBF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DBF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
