Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CYP4F27P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CYP4F27P expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CYP4F27P is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, CYP4F27P RNA expression shows 13,041 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight THCA, LUSC, and THYM as cancer lineages where CYP4F27P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
