Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,805 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CYBA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, EVI2B, and APBB1IP. Each is linked with CYBA in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBA-to-partner and partner-to-CYBA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CYBA versus PTPN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
