Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CYBA RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CYBA data layer compared with 2 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher CYBA RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CYBA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and KIRP show a favorable association.

UCS, LUSC, and KIRC are the cancer types where CYBA RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
