CYBA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CYBA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CYBA-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCRP6, RNU6-1069P, and CHURC1-FNTB. Each is linked with CYBA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CYBA-to-partner and partner-to-CYBA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCRP6 grouped by CYBA-low versus CYBA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CYBA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CYBA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
