CXCL13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CXCL13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,384 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CXCL13-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL29P32, MIR6783, and OSTCP5. Each is linked with CXCL13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CXCL13-to-partner and partner-to-CXCL13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL29P32 grouped by CXCL13-low versus CXCL13-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CXCL13→partner) and Y-score (partner→CXCL13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
