Across TCGA patient cohorts, CT45A10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CT45A10-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-47, RNU7-190P, and RNU6-566P. Each is linked with CT45A10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CT45A10-to-partner and partner-to-CT45A10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-47 grouped by CT45A10-low versus CT45A10-high in HNSC.
