Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CT45A10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CT45A10 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher CT45A10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CT45A10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LUAD show a favorable association.

COAD, KIRC, and OV are the cancer types where CT45A10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
