Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRYZL2P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CRYZL2P-associated genes across cancer lineages are MUC7, RNA5SP442, and SNORD56B. Each is linked with CRYZL2P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRYZL2P-to-partner and partner-to-CRYZL2P results are reported.
