CRNDE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CRNDE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,327 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CRNDE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRX5_S185, YEATS2_S575, and YTHDC1. Each is linked with CRNDE in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CRNDE-to-partner and partner-to-CRNDE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CRNDE versus IRX5_S185 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CRNDE→partner) and Y-score (partner→CRNDE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
