Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CRNDE RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CRNDE data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher CRNDE RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CRNDE expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and KIRP show a favorable association.

ACC, LUAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where CRNDE RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
