Across TCGA patient cohorts, CREM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,765 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CREM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8086, RPL35AP37, and WDR45BP1. Each is linked with CREM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CREM-to-partner and partner-to-CREM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8086 grouped by CREM-low versus CREM-high in BLCA.
