CPOX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CPOX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,820 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CPOX-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLDND1, KPNA1, and TOMM70. Each is linked with CPOX in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CPOX-to-partner and partner-to-CPOX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CPOX versus CLDND1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CPOX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CPOX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
