COX17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COX17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,494 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COX17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KPNA1, BBX_S844, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with COX17 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COX17-to-partner and partner-to-COX17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COX17 versus KPNA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COX17→partner) and Y-score (partner→COX17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
