CORIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CORIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2S, FOXM1, and TSPY26P. Each is linked with CORIN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORIN-to-partner and partner-to-CORIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2S grouped by CORIN-low versus CORIN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
