CORIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CORIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 603 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CORIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF7, CAAP1, and LTF. Each is linked with CORIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CORIN-to-partner and partner-to-CORIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF7 grouped by CORIN-low versus CORIN-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CORIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CORIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
