Q-omics provides the consensus-scored COL6A4P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. COL6A4P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, COL6A4P1 is differentially expressed in 13, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, COL6A4P1 RNA expression shows 15,585 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight KICH, LUAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where COL6A4P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
