Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, COL6A4P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated COL6A4P1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher COL6A4P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated COL6A4P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CHOL show a favorable association.

KICH, HNSC, and ACC are the cancer types where COL6A4P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
