COG7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COG7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,003 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COG7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL104P, OR13Z3P, and CCDC137P. Each is linked with COG7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COG7-to-partner and partner-to-COG7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL104P grouped by COG7-low versus COG7-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COG7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COG7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
