COCH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,933 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COCH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPC24, CHAF1B, and TOP2A. Each is linked with COCH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COCH-to-partner and partner-to-COCH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COCH versus SPC24 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→COCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
