Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COCH protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,410 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXXC5, FAM201A, and ZNF746. Each is linked with COCH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COCH-to-partner and partner-to-COCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COCH versus CXXC5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→COCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
