CNTNAP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTNAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,099 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND8, DCK, and DNASE1L2. Each is linked with CNTNAP5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP5-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND8 grouped by CNTNAP5-low versus CNTNAP5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTNAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTNAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
