Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNPY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU6-1313P, and RNU6-533P. Each is linked with CNPY4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY4-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by CNPY4-low versus CNPY4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
