CNPY3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,868 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPY3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are XPO5, CMTR1, and HSP90AB1. Each is linked with CNPY3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY3-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNPY3 versus XPO5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
