CLEC18C

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC18C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC18C-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3684, RNU6-451P, and RNU6-1017P. Each is linked with CLEC18C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC18C-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC18C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3684 grouped by CLEC18C-low versus CLEC18C-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC18C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC18C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
