CLDND2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDND2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLUD1P9, OFD1P11Y, and MCCD1. Each is linked with CLDND2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDND2-to-partner and partner-to-CLDND2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLUD1P9 grouped by CLDND2-low versus CLDND2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDND2→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDND2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
