Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHRNB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 848 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHRNB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPATA31A1, OR5K1, and TRIM42. Each is linked with CHRNB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRNB3-to-partner and partner-to-CHRNB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHRNB3 versus SPATA31A1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.96.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHRNB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHRNB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
