Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHRM3-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,085 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHRM3-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IRF2BP1_S384, MYD88, and MYEF2. Each is linked with CHRM3-AS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHRM3-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-CHRM3-AS2 results are reported.
