Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHRM3-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHRM3-AS2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher CHRM3-AS2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHRM3-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, BRCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where CHRM3-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
