Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHPF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,749 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHPF-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZI2, RNA5SP61, and RN7SL317P. Each is linked with CHPF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHPF-to-partner and partner-to-CHPF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AZI2 grouped by CHPF-low versus CHPF-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHPF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHPF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
