Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CHPF RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CHPF data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher CHPF RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CHPF expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and THCA show a favorable association.
BRCA, HNSC, and LGG are the cancer types where CHPF RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
