CHGB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CHGB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHGB-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR56A4, LCE6A, and DUXA. Each is linked with CHGB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHGB-to-partner and partner-to-CHGB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR56A4 grouped by CHGB-low versus CHGB-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHGB→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHGB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
