CHDH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 403 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02855, MIR3908, and RN7SL471P. Each is linked with CHDH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHDH-to-partner and partner-to-CHDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02855 grouped by CHDH-low versus CHDH-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
