CHAF1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAF1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CHAF1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HAT1, PRIM2, and RRM2. Each is linked with CHAF1B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B versus HAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
