Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CHAF1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 509 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CHAF1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM17, SMIM4, and MTND4P33. Each is linked with CHAF1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CHAF1B-to-partner and partner-to-CHAF1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM17 grouped by CHAF1B-low versus CHAF1B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CHAF1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→CHAF1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
