Q-omics provides the consensus-scored ZNF646P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. ZNF646P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UCS. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, ZNF646P1 is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, ZNF646P1 RNA expression shows 5,739 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight UCS, THCA, and STAD as cancer lineages where ZNF646P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
