CGRRF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGRRF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 723 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGRRF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC20A1P3, MTL3P, and ATP6V1E1P2. Each is linked with CGRRF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGRRF1-to-partner and partner-to-CGRRF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC20A1P3 grouped by CGRRF1-low versus CGRRF1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGRRF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGRRF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
