CGA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CGA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 244 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CGA-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS16, RNU6-904P, and COX6CP3. Each is linked with CGA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CGA-to-partner and partner-to-CGA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LGALS16 grouped by CGA-low versus CGA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CGA→partner) and Y-score (partner→CGA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
