CES4A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CES4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CES4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, FTMT, and AADACL3. Each is linked with CES4A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CES4A-to-partner and partner-to-CES4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCR8 grouped by CES4A-low versus CES4A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CES4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CES4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
