Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CERNA3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,662 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CERNA3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RFC2, RFC4, and RFC5. Each is linked with CERNA3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CERNA3-to-partner and partner-to-CERNA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CERNA3 versus RFC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CERNA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CERNA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
