CEP97

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP97 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CEP97-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D3, GNAT3, and SPRR5. Each is linked with CEP97 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP97-to-partner and partner-to-CEP97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D3 grouped by CEP97-low versus CEP97-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP97→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
