Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, CEP85L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 163 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CEP85L-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1L3, FAM47C, and BLVRA. Each is linked with CEP85L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CEP85L-to-partner and partner-to-CEP85L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1L3 grouped by CEP85L-low versus CEP85L-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CEP85L→partner) and Y-score (partner→CEP85L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
