CENPM

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CENPM mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 438 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CENPM-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8082, FAM90A24P, and IGKV2-38. Each is linked with CENPM in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CENPM-to-partner and partner-to-CENPM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8082 grouped by CENPM-low versus CENPM-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CENPM→partner) and Y-score (partner→CENPM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
