Q-omics provides the consensus-scored FAM90A24P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. FAM90A24P expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, FAM90A24P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Additionally, FAM90A24P RNA expression shows 5,271 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight STAD, and BRCA as cancer lineages where FAM90A24P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
